This comprehensive service package also includes quarterly assessments, aimed at eliciting feedback on satisfaction levels with your existing Oracle solutions, identifying improvement opportunities, aligning strategic priorities and tracking progress in continued system administrator development.

Extended Services includes all of the benefits of our Upgrade+ Services along with providing ongoing issue resolution and end-user support. A core objective of our Extended Services is to collaborate with and cultivate your team of Oracle system administrators. This involves aiding in new configurations, conducting issue research, implementing change management and strategizing Oracle communication approaches.

Oracle managed Services offer long-term support for Oracle Cloud applications when internal capacity or desire to maintain them is lacking. Through Baker Tilly's Value Architects™, clients receive tailored support, including a ticketing system, service level agreements and transformation services for quarterly releases.
Existing structure, skills or capacity to support and maintain the Oracle Cloud application does not exist or is not desired.
