Phase 1
Initiate project
- Facilitate goals and objectives workshop with project team members
- Finalize work plan, resources and schedule
- Provide initial documentation request and gather available current and future state documentation
- Work with project steering committee to prioritize assessment areas
- Conduct kickoff meeting to align stakeholders and project participants on expectations and outcomes of the project
Phase 2
Understand current landscape
- Collect and analyze existing documentation, including digital survey for key members of the organization
