With multiple strategic initiatives competing for attention and resources, the company needed a consistent methodology for governance and strategic understanding of these initiatives.

As a result of the team’s work, an understandable and repeatable evaluation format was developed, allowing senior management to more easily evaluate large quantities of information for decision-making. The evaluation format also incorporated an assessment of the organizational change impact. The adopted methodology was derived from and aligned with the company’s vision and core values.
