BuzzHouse: The dangers of using toxic building materials in developments

Baker Tilly's podcast series specifically for professionals in the multifamily housing industry.

On this episode of BuzzHouse, hosts Don Bernards and Garrick Gibson are joined by the Chief Executive Officer of the Healthy Building Network, Gina Ciganik. Together, the trio sits down to discuss healthy building products, building options for developers of multifamily projects, and what it takes to cultivate a healthier environment. This includes the number one burning question: “What is the cost for toxic-free alternative materials?” Gina also speaks on how she was inspired to make a career out of advocating for chemical-free environments when she learned the flooring she would regularly choose as a developer had a chemical that was banned in children's toys. This is an important episode you do not want to miss!
