Alexis Sofyanos, Vice President, Revenue | Esusu
Alexis Sofyanos, Vice President of Revenue at Esusu, leads the revenue organization, which includes Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, and Marketing. Alexis’s role is to enable the Esusu teams to reach the greatest number of housing providers, rental properties and renters to scale Esusu’s mission and impact. Prior to joining Esusu, Alexis held many roles at Freddie Mac Multifamily ranging from production and sales to leading the organization’s Equitable Housing efforts. Alexis holds a Master of Accountancy degree and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. As a Certified Public Accountant, she launched her career as an external auditor at Deloitte and Touche.
Ben Glispie, Senior Originator, Strategic Investments | LISC
Ben Glispie joined LISC in September 2021. He is a 20-year banking and affordable housing veteran, including 18 years in community development finance, with a focus on underwriting and originating Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) and New Market Tax Credit (NMTC) equity investments and loans. At his previous role, Ben managed a team of bankers covering eight states in the south and Midwest that annually garnered $200 million of LIHTC construction and permanent financing.
Donsia Strong Hill, SVP, Corporate Capital Strategies | Cinnaire
Donsia Strong Hill joined Cinnaire in 2020 and is based out of their Chicago office. As Senior Vice President of Corporate Capital Strategies, Donsia plays a leadership role in capital raising among Cinnaire’s financial institution partners and aligning funding with strategy and meeting CRA metrics. She also is responsible for developing and implementing Cinnaire’s strategy for partnering with foundations, other charitable funders, corporations, and financial institutions to grow Cinnaire’s work in the community development sector. Donsia plays a lead role driving the implementation of UBUNTU-Cinnaire’s Equitable Access Fund for BIPOC developers of affordable housing utilizing tax credits. Prior to joining Cinnaire, she led LISC Milwaukee’s strategic direction and partnerships and cofounded a law firm specializing in complex tax credit, bond, and equity funded community development and public finance transactions valued at over $3 billion.
Matthew Josephs, Senior VP | LISC
Matt Josephs manages the team that is responsible for developing LISC’s federal policy agenda; communicating this agenda to LISC employees, board members, funders, and other stakeholders; and pursuing this agenda through engagement with members of Congress and other federal officials. Before coming to LISC in 2012, Matt worked for 13 years at the U.S. Treasury Department’s Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFI) Fund, where he coordinated policy development and implementation. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Emory University, and a Masters of Public Policy from the University of California at Berkeley.
