She is a former deputy general counsel for HUD and currently focuses her practice on real estate transactions, housing and community development law.

Bob is the founder of Simpson Impact Strategies, a multifamily social impact advisory firm that helps clients across the real estate sector maximize the environmental and social impact of their housing investments. He has experience in housing finance and public policy, most recently working more than 20 years for Fannie Mae as the VP and Head of the Multifamily Green and Affordable Housing Business.
