From healthcare and pharmaceuticals to manufacturing and information technology – many industry sectors are being affected by supply chain risks requiring additional oversight. Several recent bellwether federal procurements (GSA ASTRO, Polaris, 8(a) STARS III, and DISA DES, for example) contain requirements for offerors to disclose measures taken to assess and limit these risks as part of contract award.
