Peter Pearce is a principal with Baker Tilly’s digital solutions practice. With more than 30 years of experience in the mobility and transportation industry. He spent nearly 10 years with a Big Four firm consulting on global enterprise resource planning deployments, enterprise performance management and related technology projects within the automotive sector.

During Peter’s tenure at Baker Tilly, he established the firm’s first cloud business solutions consulting practice. He has extensive experience in designing, configuring and deploying the enabling technologies driving leading manufacturing enterprises. Peter’s experience within the manufacturing industry ranges from global enterprise business system deployments to manufacturing execution and shop floor control systems. Peter has held operational roles for a leading automotive supplier in the areas of finance, materials management and information technology.

  • Assisted multiple Fortune 1000 mobility and transportation manufacturing enterprises, including AAM, Ford Motor Company, Eaton, Lear, Volkswagen, Mahindra and Delphi, deploy manufacturing business technology across their global enterprises
  • Led the development of Baker Tilly’s Industry 4.0 and Automotive 2.0 frameworks
  • Led multiple business and technology strategies for suppliers across the automotive tiers
  • Extensive experience implementing global ERP solutions across the automotive supply chain
  • Designed and implemented high-volume MES-based sequencing solution for leading automotive tier-one sequencer using both on-premises and cloud-based business technologies
  • Successfully designed and deployed global compliance (gCompliance) reporting module required to support localized tax and financial reporting for a global automotive supplier entity
