Lindsey is a tax director in the commercial services practice. She has more than 15 years of public accounting experience focused on tax compliance and consulting. Lindsey has a breadth of knowledge on U.S. federal, state and international income taxation and reporting with an emphasis on partnership taxation. Her experience includes serving clients engaged in private equity, asset management, real estate and leasing.

- Provides tax advice and planning to clients to manage the timing and character of investment transactions
- Works with businesses to identify and implement process improvements in the execution of tax compliance
- Advises clients through tax controversy, including notices and audits
- Assists multistate businesses with determining state nexus, apportionment and reporting obligations
- Aids clients with international tax reporting including computations and disclosures related to investments in foreign corporations and flow-though entities as well as withholding on U.S. source income
