As the Western region leader for the firm’s financial services practice, Adam works closely with some of the firm’s largest financial services clients. He has worked with a variety of diversified and multinational financial institutions. Adam has 30 years of experience performing auditing and consulting services and over 15 years managing a financial services industry group as a partner.
- Oversees financial services industry strategy, business development, client execution and risk management in Baker Tilly’s Western region and Cayman Islands
- Coordinates the service delivery of all Baker Tilly disciplines (assurance, risk advisory and tax structuring/compliance) within the Western region financial services practice
- Serves clients in the following financial services industry sectors: specialty finance, banking, asset management and fintech
- Acute focus on serving specialty finance organizations who originate and or acquire and securitize financial instruments, as well as those with complex structuring of financial instruments and contract rights
- Serves a high number of venture capital investment fund clients
- Formed the firm’s Cayman Island office in 2008 and continues to serve the firm’s Cayman Island global investment fund practice
- Resolves complex and evolving accounting and SEC reporting issues affecting the financial services and other industries
