Responding to team member needs
Our most recent firmwide Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) survey showed health, safety and well-being ranking at the very top of Baker Tilly team members’ social concerns.
To respond to that need, we created the Health and Well-being Page on Baker Tilly Live, our firm’s intranet, to ensure our people could find everything they needed for health and well-being with the click of a button.
Here our team members can access the latest information on everything from mental health programs, caregiver resources and family leave policies to LGBTQ+ resources, tuition repayment benefits and overviews of paid time off and Disconnect Days.
In its first six months, content on the health and well-being page garnered more than 65,000 views, proving that our people value this easy-to-use resource.
