BEAVER DAM, Wis. (Jan. 31, 2019) – Baker Tilly Capital, LLC (Baker Tilly Capital), a boutique investment bank for middle-market businesses, announces the successful sale of its client, White Construction Company, Inc. (White Construction), to Congruex LLC, a platform company of Crestview Partners.
Founded in 1995, White Construction is a telecom-focused, self-perform construction company that specializes primarily in underground construction work, with particular expertise in fiber-to-the-home, fiber-to-the-premises and fiber optic interconnect projects.
Baker Tilly Capital served as the exclusive advisor to White Construction in connection with this transaction, developing and implementing a process to market the company to a group of targeted strategic and financial buyers. Ultimately, Congruex was selected as a strategic buyer to acquire White Construction due to its industry expertise and capital backing from Crestview Partners, a middle-market private equity firm.
