MILWAUKEE (March 11, 2019) – The Wisconsin chapter of NAIOP, a leading organization for real estate developers and owners, named Shaun Geracie a Developing Leader All Star at its Annual Meeting in January. This award is presented annually to industry professionals under age 35 that actively pursue educational opportunities, mentorships and engagement in the organization.

Geracie is a manager with Baker Tilly’s construction and real estate team. He specializes in tax compliance, planning, transaction services and consulting for real estate, construction and manufacturing industries.
As a member of NAIOP’s Developing Leaders committee, Geracie plans educational programs for other developing leaders in the area, develops monthly networking events and discusses new opportunities for NAIOP. Geracie also mentors a student from Marquette University who is interested in a career in the real estate industry.
