Sell-side advisory to a practice management software company

Baker Tilly Capital provided sell-side advisory services to ImproMed, Inc. (ImproMed) on its majority ownership sale to Butler Schein Animal Health.

Impromed, Inc., headquartered in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, is the largest independent provider of practice management software for the veterinary industry. ImproMed will continue to operate as a subsidiary of Butler Schein Animal Health.
