Noah is a principal and CPA with Baker Tilly’s government contractor solutions team, where he has worked since 2010, serving government contractors in manufacturing, engineering, professional services, information and communications, healthcare, higher education and not for profit organizations. Noah has extensive experience providing a range of government contract accounting, pricing, business system and internal control oversight and regulatory and contract compliance to his clients.

John Prairie, Partner at Wiley Rein LLP

John helps government contractors navigate complex federal procurement issues. He represents some of the largest aerospace and defense logistics professional services and IT contractors in the world as well as small engineering firms and commercial and international companies with a limited footprint in the U.S. government market. He often assists them with high stakes bid-protests and claims litigation including disputes, M&A, investigations and other legal proceedings as well as terminations.
