Leo Alvarez, CFCM, Senior Manager
Leo has over 15 years of experience working with federal contractors and their legal counsel to identify, quantify and manage government contract risk. In addition to consulting regularly on operational and compliance matters related to GSA/VA Federal Supply Schedule contracts, including audit and litigation support, Leo frequently supports clients with Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) plan development and compliance.
Andrew Graziano, Senior Consultant
Andrew has been with Baker Tilly for over three years and has spent that time working with government contractors on a wide variety of compliance matters. Andrew has experience with incurred cost proposals, indirect rate modeling, price proposal preparation, cost impact analysis and commercial sales practice disclosures. In his spare time, he produces and edits this Fed Talks podcast.
