Lake County, Indiana, is located on the southern shore of Lake Michigan and is home to around half a million residents. Lake County faced a challenging beginning with its 2022 Oracle Cloud implementation, which included enterprise resource planning (ERP), enterprise performance management (EPM), human capital management (HCM) and supply chain management (SCM) systems.

In 2023, Baker Tilly took over the managed services of their Oracle Cloud platform, optimized and re-implemented software, and returned the County to compliance and auditability. Baker Tilly helped Lake County overcome significant setbacks, correcting errors and resolving process breakdowns that jeopardized the county's audit status.
