William Cornelius

William Cornelius, Tribal services advisor with Baker Tilly, is a licensed attorney who works with numerous Tribes. He works with Tribes on renewable energy, economic development and gaming regulatory issues. He provides coordination with feasibility analyses, due diligence, financial structuring and modeling and contract negotiation.

  • Develops feasibility analyses, power purchase agreements, permitting and financing structures for renewable energy development on Indian lands
  • Advises clients on commercial real estate development and leases on Indian lands
