Sarah Ulici is a director with Baker Tilly’s manufacturing and distribution practice. She has more than 13 years of experience in professional client services serving multinational clients in sectors such as industrial products, technology, pharmaceutical and life science and retail and consumer. Sarah is an enthusiastic leader with a focus on quality, continuous improvement, people experience and overall client satisfaction. Prior to Baker Tilly, she worked for a large international public accounting firm leading audits for Global Fortune 500 companies.
- Serves as the engagement director for SEC integrated and non-integrated audits
- Extensive experience overseeing international audit engagements involving coordination with multiple locations, including monitoring and assessment of the audit and SOX control testing results
- Provides technical accounting, financial reporting and internal controls guidance to clients regarding US GAAP
- Possesses knowledge of SEC reporting requirements and compliance
- Experience in complex spin-off transactions, including coordination with external consultants
- Interacts with clients on a regular basis to ensure trusting and strong relationship
