Rose Ann Abraham, is a principal with Baker Tilly, joined the firm in 2006.
Rose Ann has more than 20 years of public accounting experience. She specializes in employee benefit plan (EBP) audits. She is also an active member of the Illinois CPA society’s Employee Benefits Committee, Conference Content Advisory Board, and Employee Benefits Committee, and frequently speaks at industry conferences.
Rose Ann is a passionate supporter of diversity and inclusion and works both internally and externally to promote the cause within organizations. She is a leader for Baker Tilly’s diversity and inclusion initiative, SOAR (supporting opportunity, advancement and recognition) for team members of color. She is also a board member of the Illinois Board of Examiners (ILBOE) and the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) and works on subcommittees promoting diversity, equity and inclusion. She is a board member of Clearbrook, an organization supporting children and adults impacted by intellectual and developmental disabilities live their fullest lives. A strong believer in the power of mentorship, Rose Ann is a board member of Step Up (suwn.org), Midwest region. The organization is dedicated to empowering girls to achieve their unique visions of success through structured programs, focused support and inspiring connections.
