Manjima Bose is a director with Baker Tilly’s development and community advisory practice. She is a mission-driven consultant dedicated to providing strategic and fundraising assistance to community development organizations seeking to maximize and measure their community impacts. Manjima has extensive experience in the Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFI) industry, having worked directly with more than 130 CDFI banks, credit unions and not-for-profit organizations nationwide.

  • Assists organizations in applying for and maintaining CDFI certification from the United States Department of Treasury CDFI Fund
  • Prepares funding applications to the CDFI Fund’s programs including the financial assistance/technical assistance, Bank Enterprise Award, Capital Magnet Fund, and Small Dollar Loan programs
  • Directly raised $102 million in grants and investments and managed a team raising an additional $275 million for CDFI organizations
  • Provides business management consulting including strategic planning, market studies, impact management, and diversity, equity and inclusion planning
