Lynette Stolarzyk is Baker Tilly’s managing principal of tax and the firm’s Bay Area market leader. She leverages her experience in public and private industry, as well as academia, to provide effective tax consulting and planning services and was a frequent presenter for the firm’s international tax practice. Over the past few years, she shifted to managing a specialty tax national practice and now she is fully engaged as the managing principal of tax at the firm.
Lynette is an inaugural participant in the firm’s Future Leaders Engage and Excel (FLEX) program, a learning journey that includes education and experiences that are connected by applied learning, senior leader mentorship, coaching and cohort community engagement. The inaugural cohort and learning team worked together to create a seamless development experience that addressed each high potential as a whole person – connecting principles of interpersonal, organizational and purposeful leadership.
Lynette leads with respect and trust, which are integral qualities of an outstanding leader. She leads over 180 team members in the Bay Area and believes that developing team members makes them feel valued and builds trust; effective leadership is about empowering others to help them achieve success and grow in their careers and in the firm.
