Keith is Baker Tilly’s Orange County and San Diego tax practice leader. He also leads the firm’s aerospace and defense industry practice. Keith is an established tax professional with more than 20 years of experience in public accounting. He serves and consults with clients on consolidated tax returns, international, multistate, and mergers and acquisitions needs.
- Assists S corporations, limited liability companies and individuals with their corresponding tax issues
- Advises companies in the manufacturing, biotechnology, software, medical device, financial institution, defense contractor and distribution industries
