Justin Turner is a principal with Baker Tilly’s transaction advisory services practice. His primary focus is transaction advisory, which involves buy and sell side financial due diligence, debt and equity financing, post-acquisition accounting and financial and operational consulting.
He has advised clients in more than 600 transactions, ranging in enterprise value from $1 million to $5 billion.
Justin has significant experience with clients in private equity, technology, software as a service (SAAS), e-commerce, digital marketing, manufacturing, construction, aerospace, oilfield services, energy, logistics, contract manufacturing, consumer goods, food services, residential services, direct sales, retail, professional services and healthcare.
