Joe has nearly two decades of combined experience in public accounting and private industry. He works closely with clients in the consumer products, technology and software, healthcare, cannabis and professional services industries. Throughout his career, Joe has assisted companies around the globe with a variety of audit and advisory projects.
- Leads and manages projects for foreign operations, development stage companies, initial public offerings, reverse mergers, and compliance with Section 404 of the Sarbanes Oxley Act of 2002
- Participates in audit and advisory engagements for U.S., Japanese, Canadian, European, Korean, and Chinese-owned entities
- Manages internal control compliance for companies in the Asian/Pacific region
- Formerly directed the Japanese Services department for a top public accounting firm
