Jed Mecham is the senior vice president of Baker Tilly Capital, LLC, the private investment banking subsidiary of Baker Tilly. He has more than 10 years of corporate finance experience including mergers and acquisitions, fairness opinions and valuations for a wide variety of purposes. Jed has previously worked at several regional accounting and boutique valuation firms.
