As chief growth officer, Fred leads the firm’s growth strategy, focusing on driving organic expansion and strategic acquisitions. He oversees growth initiatives across multiple fronts, including expanding service lines, penetrating industry-specific markets and developing new products and solutions. Fred’s energetic leadership will be key in navigating this journey, ensuring alignment across the firm as it pursues strategic mergers, acquisitions and market expansion.

In addition, Fred provides leadership, management and strategic direction for the firm’s presence in the East markets. He leads the firm’s manufacturing and distribution, technology, life sciences, construction, real estate, professional services, healthcare, higher education and private wealth. He also sits on Baker Tilly’s board of principals and is a leader in the East region’s private equity practice. Fred has specific expertise in auditing and providing advisory services to technology companies, service organizations, specialty finance and private equity companies.

  • Strategy: Responsible for the execution of strategy across the East region which covers the major metropolitan areas of Boston, New York City, Philadelphia and Washington D.C., and also provides strategic leadership and support to four managing partners across those metro regions.
  • Growth and profitability: Responsible for the growth within the region including focus on brand recognition, growth strategies, the market, service and industry development across the region.
  • Expansion: Provides guidance and assistance with identifying opportunities for acquisition or
  • People: Responsible for and assisting with identifying the people needs of the region in compliance with firm personnel policies and procedures and regional financial goals. The regional managing partner (RMP) promotes diversity and inclusion consistent with the firm’s goals, as set forth by people solutions. The RMP also promotes culture and works with applicable leaders regionally and nationally to assure that the Value Architect goals are promoted and adopted in the services we provide. The RMP has the primary responsibility and authority to recommend to the Compensation Committee, where applicable, the compensation for the partners and employees for the Boston, New York City, Philadelphia and Washington D.C. markets.
