David Perzov is an assurance principal with Baker Tilly. He has more than 14 years of experience specializing in audit, internal control, technical accounting, valuation, and capital market activity for public and privately held real estate companies. David has assisted real estate companies of all sizes and stages within the business cycle.

– Assisted companies with transitions from historical cost reporting to fair value frameworks under U.S. GAAP and IFRS - Extensive experience with SEC reporting requirements including client filings of initial public offerings (Form S-11), annual reports (Form 10-K), quarterly filings (Form 10-Q), and various registration statements (Forms S-3, S-4, and S-8)
