Christine Hogan is a director with Baker Tilly Municipal Advisors, LLC. She is responsible for all aspects of debt issuance including structuring debt, reviewing financing options, developing recommendations detailing financing plans, reviewing legal documents, and personally assisting clients for the Minnesota, Kansas, Missouri and Wisconsin teams. Christine has extensive knowledge of various types of financing including economic development, sales tax and special tax-back financing, general obligation and utility revenue.

Provides analytics to assist with the credit rating process as it relates to a client’s issuance of debt
