Brandon Zlupko is a principal with Baker Tilly’s commercial practice. Joining the firm in 2003, Brandon has more than 23 years of advising and servicing clients engaged in a range of industries including manufacturing, distribution, real estate and hospitality. His experience also includes planning and directing strategic family business and exit planning engagements. Brandon is well-versed in tax, accounting, assurance, retirement plans and value-acceleration methodologies. This broad experience allows him to evaluate business practices and assist with management challenges. He offers a depth of experience to improve profitability, ensure successful leadership transition, enhance governance and meet businesses’ goals and objectives.
Prior to joining Baker Tilly, Brandon worked for an international accounting firm serving large to mid-sized public and nonpublic companies throughout the United States. He earned his BA in Accounting from Juniata College in Pennsylvania and is a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) and member of the Exit Planning Institute.
