Amanda is a principal with Baker Tilly’s manufacturing and distribution practice with more than 15 years of public accounting experience. With experience serving both public and private companies involved in a wide variety of operations, including manufacturing and distribution and employee benefit plans. She has additionally held other leadership positions in the firm, including serving on the firm’s technical committee for employee benefit plan audits, as well as serving as the professional practice liaison for the firm’s employee benefit plan practice.
- Provides accounting, consulting, auditing, financial reporting and internal control services to midsized businesses
- Provides audits of employee benefit plans, including benefit plans with master trust arrangements with separate account investment managers and multiple plan involvement
- Extensive experience with SEC registrants, including accelerated filers
- Prepares tax returns for individuals and retirement plans
- Interacts with clients on a regular basis to ensure trusting and strong relationships
